To register:

  1. Go to the Patient Portal
  2. Click Register
  3. Choose your patient type
    1. Veteran
    2. Veteran family member
    3. Non-Veteran
  4. Enter your DVA and/or Medicare details
  5. Complete the registration process

We use Stripe Identity for identity verification. We do not store any of the information provided during this process. Completing the identity verification is optional during the registration process, but must be completed prior to enrolling in a program. 

Enrolling in a program is easy – and there is two ways to do it:

  1. If you’ve clicked a ‘Get Started’ link from our website, after logging in or registering you will automatically be shown the questionnaire to complete
  2. If you’ve logged in to the portal simply click ‘Get Started’ on the program you wish to initiate.

Weight orders are shipped weekdays up until 12pm that specific weekday. Consultations that occur after 12pm will be shipped the following day. Orders are normally received by the patient within 1-3 days.

That is totally normal. The ice block is there to keep your medication cool and is expected to melt during transit.
